sRADS to RADS swap : fix and update of the ratio system

We noticed a minor issue which appears only in very specific cases on the sRADS to RADS swap. The dev team has worked a lot and solved it. In order to fix it, we had to make some small adjustments to the way you swap your sRADS to RADS.

The sRADS/RADS ratio is still 1:1 and there is still a penalty if you have held you sRADS less than 24 hours.

The difference is that there will no longer be a proportional and progressive adjustment up to 30% (1 : 0.7 ratio), the penalty will always be 30% IF you swap your rads before 24 hours.

There will be only 2 solutions :

Selling 1 sRADS with an AST (Average Staking Time) of +24 hours will always give you 1 RADS.
Selling 1 sRADS with an AST (Average Staking Time) of less than 24 hours will always give you 0.7 RADS.

All your hold history will be taken into consideration for the AST. For example, if you have been holding sRADS for 72 hours, those 72 hours will be taken into consideration when calculating the average staking time.

If you want more details concerning the way we have technically handled this change do not hesitate to contact one of the developers of our team on Telegram : @uraniumcataldo

The totality of the adjusted RADS will still be automatically burnt.
